The H7 is a high value monitor featuring low distortion drivers and a
crossover network that allows all the strengths of the drivers to be fully
utilized. The result is a speaker so smooth you will not know where the
crossover point is located. The power response is extremely flat and
the Peerless woofer is very powerful sounding in the bass. It has a
full-bodied sound and the excellent Scan Speak HDS 1" dome tweeter
is extremely detailed in the treble with excellent off axis response. This
speaker is meant to extract many of the positive attributes of
state-of-the-art drivers at an entry level price.
This speaker was designed with ease of construction in mind. A Parts
Express curved cabinet will work well for the H7, but custom cabinets
are also available at a small premium.
