M5W (Towers)
The M5W is a high value tower featuring low distortion drivers and a crossover
speaker so smooth you will not know where the crossover point is located. The power
response is extremely flat and the SB Acoustic drivers are detailed and clean
sounding. This speaker is meant to extract many of the positive attributes
state-of-the-art drivers at an entry level price.
Drivers: SB Acoustics SB15NRXC30-8, Vifa XT25 double magnet, Dayton RS270
Frequency Response: 50hz-20k +/- 2.5db (sealed, F3 37hz ported)
Sensitivity: 87db
Impedance: 8 ohm nominal
Dimensions: 10"W, 39 3/8"H (excluding base), 19 1/2"D
Pricing for a basic kit with drivers and assembled crossovers starting at only
(Discontinued) a pair including shipping (US48). This includes high quality poly caps
in the signal path, air core inductors, and non-inductive resistors. Higher end parts
are available.
There are many options for dampening materials, binding posts, etc., so email for a
quote on a full kit. Fully assembled speakers finished in a standard veneer start at
(Discontinued) plus shipping.
